The hotel is truly exceptional and brand-new. the room had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a microwave oven. - the bed was exceptionally comfortable. - the hotel is in a nice area with a great and unbeatable location. - It is conveniently located just off nearby Sarasota and Bridge Street. - There is easy access to Fish Hole Adventure Golf.

I loved the attention to detail at this small resort. The parking attendant/security guard made me feel safe. Despite being on a busy street, my room was quiet and I slept great. The beach towels and chairs were a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved this place - perfect and incredible hotel.
The room was kept clean and available with balcony and sleeper sofa and a private veranda overlooking Bridge st Centrally located. The location was great and unbeatable, next door to Cortez Beach. There was a beach restaurant nearby.
